 Lawrence Deans muffins are made fresh each morning.

We grate the zucchini, mash the bananas, and chop the fresh cranberries moments before mixing them into their batters.


Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

These Banana muffins have no nuts and only a couple chocolate chips on top. They provide you with a healthy dose of vitamins B6, C and potassium to get the day going or for an afternoon pick-me-up. You can find these in the shop every day.



 Blueberry Muffins

Fresh blueberries are folded into the batter for these super-moist muffins. Blueberries are rich in providing your body with Vitamins K, A and C, potassium, Omega 3 a 6 fatty acids and contain anti-oxidant benefits as well as a good source of fiber. Our muffins are packed with fresh blueberries.



Cranberry Almond Muffins

Fresh cranberries and slivered almonds are used in these moist and not-too-sweet muffins. We have these every Saturday morning and sometimes during the week, depending on who is in the kitchen baking. These muffins provide a healthy dose of vitamin C from the fresh cranberries and anti-oxidant vitamin E from the almonds and fiber!


Pumpkin Walnut Muffins

This seasonal favorite has walnuts inside and sprinkled on top. Fall spices and pumpkin meat provide vitamin A and antioxidant carotenoids as well as a good source of vitamins C, K, and E, and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and iron. Healthy and yummy!




Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Grated lemon zest and lemon juice make a light airy muffin with poppy seeds. A lemon glaze provides the sweetness with a bit of tart. This muffin has become a favorite.


Zucchini Muffins

Fresh zucchini, either store-bought or from our own organic garden in the summer and early fall is used in these muffins. There are many nutritional benefits in zucchini and it tastes great in these muffins complemented by just the right spices. You can find these in the shop every day.



Cinnamon Rolls

On Friday and Saturday mornings we make cinnamon rolls. They usually come out of the oven around 8 a.m.



Breakfast Bread

Lawrence Dean makes a special Greek holiday bread based on his mom’s recipe. It is a lightly sweetened yeast bread perfect for breakfast or anytime throughout the day. It has been compared to Hawaiian bread, but it is lighter in texture and not as sweet.
