Nine to twelve varieties of our cupcakes are baked in small batches each day, so we may not have all of them in all the time and what we make depends on the season and ingredients available. We crack the eggs and grind the nuts and sift the flours and sugars as we make each batch.

Frostings and Toppings 

We prefer Italian Buttercream frosting for many of our cupcakes. It is a cooked, egg white-based frosting with butter that is like a velvety cloud and not as heavy as a traditional buttercream frosting. We can tint and flavor this icing depending on the cupclake.

Italian Buttercream can be stored at room temperature for three days or refrigerated for about a week. If you’re not eating it right away, pop the cupcake into the refrigerator and take it out about a half hour before eating.

Our chocolate frosting is also egg white-based with butter and chocolate added. There are no artificial brown colors or artificial chocolate flavors added to our chocolate frosting. It’s the real thing.

We also use cream cheese based frostings as well as traditional buttercream frostings, depending on the cupcake.

None of our frostings come pre-made, out of a can or box or manufactured by anyone but us. Each batch is made as needed.



This cupcake is a denser cake made with ground almonds and almond paste. It is topped with an almond flavored Italian Buttercream and topped with slivered almonds.




Almond Cherry

 This cupcake is similar to the almond except cherry preserves are added into the batter and it is topped with cherry and almond butterceam.





Apple Spice

Spicy fall cake made with apple cider is packed with chopped apples and topped with a cream cheese and butter-based and caramel swirled frosting and finished off with a fresh apple slice.






Aztec Chocolate

Chocolate cake loaded with Mexican cocoa and a hint of cinnamon and chili, topped with a chocolate-cinnamon buttercream.






Banana cake with fresh banana, topped with a banana-flavored Italian Buttercream and a banana chip.







Blueberry cake with white chocolate chips, with chopped blueberries floating around topped with a white chocolate frosting and fresh blueberries.






This traditional classic is made with freshly grated carrots, pecans and raisins. It is topped with a cream cheese and butter-based frosting and topped with a pecan.







This moist chocolate cake is topped with either vanilla or chocolate Italian buttercream frosting.





Chocolate Chip

Either vanilla or chocolate cake with chocolate chips inside topped with either vanilla or chocolate Italian buttercream frosting and more chocolate chips.






Chocolate Mint

This is a mint chocolate cupcake with peppermint chips and toped with a mint Italian buttercream.






Chocolate Raspberry

This denser cupcake is a cocoa based cupcake with raspberry puree blended into the batter. This cupcake is topped with a rich chocolate ganache.  






A coconut cake topped with a cream cheese- butter and whipped cream frosting then loaded with flaked, sweetened coconut. There is a chocolate version as well.






This hazelnut cake has chopped toasted hazelnuts in the batter and is topped with a hazelnut and chocolate Italian buttercream.






Irish Cream

Made in March and occasionally throughout the year, this is a vanilla based cupcake with a hint of Irish cream (non-alcoholic).  It is topped with a light cocoa Italian buttercream and a splash of Irish Cream.






Key Lime 

When in season, freshly-squeezed key lime juice and zest make this sweet and tart cake. A light key lime Italian buttercream and a key lime slice complete this cake.






Freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest make this cake zing sweet and tart. A fluffy lemon Italian buttercream completes this cake.






Mardi Gras King Cake 

This Creole King Cake variation is a sweet vanilla, citrus blossom and cinnamon cake topped with a citrusy Italian buttercream. Available on Mardi Gras. 





Three layers that bake as one luscious cake. Strawberry layer with fresh chopped strawberries, vanilla layer and top chocolate layer. Topped off with Italian buttercream.








Orange juice freshly squeezed right into the batter along with a hint of orange zest; a splash of orange blossom water is added for a springtime taste. Orange Italian buttercream frosting tops this cake.






This peach cake has chopped fresh peaches (when they are in season) in the batter. It is topped with peach flavored Italian buttercream frosting.





Peppermint chips in vanilla cake, topped with minty Italian buttercream.








Pina Colada

Pineapple cake with crushed pineapple and coconut milk, topped with a Piña Colada-flavored Italian buttercream frosting and shredded coconut






Praline Pecan 

Inspired by the Green Goddess Restaurant in New Orleans, this pecan cake with chopped pecans is topped with a cream cheese and whipped cream caramel frosting finished off with real bacon, Black lava and pink Himalayan salts. Savory and sweet!




Pink Lemonade

 A summery version of the lemon cupcake.





Real pumpkin along with fall spices (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, allspice) topped with a spiced cream cheese and butter frosting.






Red Velvet 

 This Southern chocolate cake is the product of chemistry that happens when cocoa is teased with buttermilk, apple cider vinegar and baking soda and a shot of red food coloring for a unique taste. The cupcake is topped with a cream cheese and butter based-frosting.




Root Beer

A vanilla-based cake splashed with root beer and a touch of molasses topped with a vanilla and root beer-flavored Italian buttercream.





Rose & Pistachio 

This cake is only available when our home grown organic garden roses are available. We grow our roses organically – no fertilizers or chemicals at all. Once they bloom, roses are cut and the petls are washed, dried and buried in sugar. This cake uses rose-infused sugar as well as ground sugared rose petals, ground pistachios and a splash of rose water. The cake is topped with a rose water Buttercream frosting.



Salted Carmel

Our own caramel sauce is used for this caramel cupcake topped with a caramel buttercream, caramel and sea salts.




This strawberry cake full of chopped strawberries is topped with a strawberry Italian buttercream.





Tipsy Mocha

 Contains Alcohol! This is a chocolate and coffee-liquer cupcake topped with a coffee-liquer and coffee Italian buttercream.







The basic vanilla cupcake is topped with either vanilla or chocolate Italian buttercream frosting.
